- Cut back north to Van Brunt. The box office opens on a predictable clock: the box office is open 2 hours prior to show time, so will-call at 6:00 for an 8:00 curtain is not a gamble.
- After the show, if you are still awake, the Habit at 29 Nathaniel Place is the late option that does not require getting back in the car.
None of this is exotic. It is the kind of night that residents of larger downtowns take for granted and that Englewood, until this year, could only half-deliver.
The parking answer nobody puts in writing

If you never go to Bergen PAC, none of this changes your Tuesday. If you go three or four times a year, the calculus has shifted. You used to pick the show first and then figure out dinner. You can now pick the corridor first and let the calendar tell you which night to use it.

Kebabé's opening at 548 Grand Avenue is worth a note in your phone. Grand Avenue is a short walk east of the theater axis, and a second Mediterranean option in that direction changes the corridor's shape from a line into something closer to an L. If it opens in time for the fall run, the walkable dinner map gets wider.
The reason any of this matters

The reason to write a different one is that residents of Englewood are the ones who benefit from noticing the corridor before it becomes obvious, and before the Friday night crowds catch up.
